Hypothesis: an agent can cut proposal cycle time from 3 days to under 2 hours without hurting close rate. Week 2 of 3. Baseline: 3 days average turnaround. Current: 4-hour average on agent-generated drafts before human edits.

Hypothesis: 42 handwritten niche pages would outperform 500 AI-generated pages on both traffic quality and pipeline. Verdict: worked. Bricx site went from 75 to 20,400 monthly impressions in 11 weeks. 4 pages now rank for buyer-intent queries. 2 discovery calls per week from organic. Cost: 60 hours of writing, zero ad spend.
